Welcome to the website of the ARECOVER project: Nodulated root ARchitECture and tolerance to water stress in pea. This project federates a research unit (UMR Agroecology) and a technical institute (Terres Inovia) under the coordination of Marion Prudent (EcoLeg team, UMR Agroecology).

Funded by the Carnot Institute Plant2Pro® to the tune of 120 k€, the ARECOVER project, lasting 3 years, aims to establish a proof of concept according to which there is a balance in the carbon allocation to the roots (water and mineral uptake) or to the nodules (symbiotic N2 fixation) allowing the grain legume to better tolerate water stress.
